With a robust background in banking and soft furnishings, he successfully expanded business operations across northern Peninsular Malaysia. Since establishing his first business in 2002, Mr. Gill has led Space Matters to remarkable growth, focusing on client satisfaction and sustainability. As a Partner at Space Matters PLT, she leverages her extensive background in sales, marketing, and management to drive strategic initiatives. Her prior role as a branch executive at the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce in Penang equipped her with invaluable industry insights. Currently, she is responsible for overseeing human resources and accounting, ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a productive workplace culture. Her diverse experience in hospitality and property development allows her to contribute effectively to various projects, facilitating collaboration and innovation across teams. Her leadership is pivotal in aligning the firm's objectives with market demands.

With an Honors degree in Interior Design from the School of Housing, Building, and Planning at Universiti Sains Malaysia, she excels in both space planning and interior design. Her extensive expertise allows her to conceptualize and implement aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces tailored to clients' needs. In her pivotal role as a Site Coordinator, she oversees and manages various projects across the northern states of Peninsular Malaysia, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety regulations. Her proactive approach enhances project outcomes, delivering high standards and customer satisfaction.

In his role as a Site Coordinator, he leverages his extensive experience in maintenance planning within a hospital setting to ensure seamless project execution across Klang Valley and southern states. He oversees site operations, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to maintain timelines and quality standards. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role in the company's sales and marketing initiatives, analysing market trends to develop targeted strategies that enhance the company's visibility. By bridging the gap between project management and sales, he fosters relationships that drive business growth while ensuring that client expectations are met efficiently.
